What we can’t help with
We are an independent review site — not a manufacturer or retailer. We can’t access your order, process a return, or troubleshoot a unit under warranty. Wine fridges are sold with a manufacturer warranty on the sealed cooling system; for anything covered by it, contact the brand directly using your order paperwork.
